

10.300 DWT CHEMICAL (IMO II) / OIL PRODUCT TANKER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The combined chemical/oil product tanker vessel capable of carrying IMO II,III chemical cargoes,
petrochemical solvents, clean ,dirty products, lube oils, mineral, vegetable oils in marine line painted,
smooth walled 12 cargo and two cylindrical slop tanks on main deck.
COMPARTMENS
Fore part with bulbous bow, divided fore peak, bow thruster room, chain lockers and paint room. Cargo area divides six(6) pairs of cargo tank with vertical corrugated bulkhead, provided with double bottom,double sides divides six(6) pairs of –Ltype ballast tanks. Pipe tunnel in double bottom keep the ballast valves dry and reduced cargo stripping quantity. Cylindrical slop tanks on main deck.
Engine room separated cargo area by cofferdam contains double sided HFO,MDO tanks and LO,
Technical, Portable Fresh Water, miscellaneous tanks, separate purifier room, boiler room, workshop,
ECR, converter room and steering gear room.
Accommodation located aft part divided three decks and wheelhouse deck. Total 18 cabins with private facilities, two mess rooms, cargo control rooms, offices, galley, provision rooms, hospital and AC room are arranged. CO2 room, EMGY DG room, Nitrogen Gen Room are located board sides of the funnel.

EQUIPMENT FOR CARGO
CRANES Electro hydraulic SWL 5 t 18 m cargo hose handling crane to be installed. (GURDESAN is purchased)
PIPES-VALVES Each cargo tanks have independent DN150 lines to achieve full (14 ) segregation. Two DN300 common lines, one connected to the odd and other even numbered tank manifolds separately. 1 pc DN250 stern line is arranged. Cargo discharge and drop valves are hydraulically remote operated, manifold valves butterfly manually operated. All pipes/ valves are St Steel 316L, sealing materials PTFE.All actuaiting cargo valves are supplied from DAMCOSS.
CARGO PUMPS Electric driven submergible deep well cargo pump capacity 250 m3/h for cargo tanks and 100 m3/h for Slop tanks at 110 mlc, 0.8-1.0 gr, 1cst are installed individually. All relevant parts of pumps are St Steel 316L. Six (6) converters arranged to control the capacity. Six ( 6 ) cargo pumps can run simultaneously at full capacity. Unloading time less than 9 hours. Each tank can load 400 m3/h. Total closed loading capacity up to 2000 m3/h with gas density 1.29 without adding shore facility pressure drop.

CARGO TANK HEATING / CLEANING
The vessel will have two kinds heating system one is primary which with hot water second one is secondary system which with thermal oil system.All cargo /slop tanks are to be fitted with single lop heating coil,of stainless steel .The length of coil is approximately 2950 meters.Valves are to be manually operated at each branch line.
The system keeps the cargo temperature 66 ˚C and heating up the cargo from 44 ˚C to 66 ˚C with a heating up rate 5 ˚C/day while the seawater temperature 0C and air temperature -10 ˚C.Heating Medium temp. Range 160˚C – 110 ˚C at 7 bars.
Tank Cleaning system contains the two(2) 11 m3/h, 15 m jet depth fixed machines each tank, 1 pc 4000kW tank cleaning heater,drives 4 fixed machines and supply the vessel two tanks zero shadow cleaning at 80 ˚C simultaneously. (S-MAN is purchased)
VENT / VAPOR / NITROGEN SYS
St steel Aut.full flow high velocity PV valves fitted each cargo tank DN100 breathing line top.Fixed, 8000 m3/h at 1100 Pa tank drying fan installed. Two DN150,independent vapor return lines, one serving odd numbered tanks while other even numbered tanks. 625 m3/h. (GENERON is purchased)
CARGO MONITORING Radar type level transmitter, pressure sensor, two(2) point temperature sensors, high level, overfill alarm to be fitted for each cargo tank monitored from CCR . (SAAB is purchased)
SHIP EQUIPMENT
MANOEUVRING EQUIPMENTS; 16 m2 spade type rudder with ice knife to be equipped with 430 kN.m rotary vane steering gear.(Rolls-Royce is purchased) Fixed pitch, electric driven, frequency controlled 550 kW four bladed NiAlBr bow thruster is arranged. (SCHOTTEL is purchased)

Fleet 77 satellite communication system to be installed on the ship ; Capsat Fleet 77 is a communications terminal offering cost-effective and high-speed voice and data communication based on either the MPDS protocol with constant 24/7 online access of 64 kbps ISDN. The standard Capsat Fleet 77 package has a transceiver and an antenna together with a cradle and handset. The terminal is an integrated communications center giving links to fax machines, phones and even ship-board computer networks
ANCHOR / MOORING EQUIPMENT
Two pcs AC-14 HHP( High Holding Power) 3070 kg anchor, 522.5 m chain, 50 mm at highest quality are to be installed totally 19 shackles .Two combined windlass/mooring winches located on fc deck, two pcs mooring winches located poop deck aft and two pcs mooring winches located fore and aft of the mid manifold. EQUIPMENT FOR CREW
One freefall, for 20 person, two inflatable life raft 20 person each, one throwable, other launchable with aft crane, one rescue boat for 6 person to be arranged. Other life savings and insulations in acc to relevant rules. Paneling, doors, windows as per GAP.
VENTILATION One(1) pc AC unit for accommodation capable to keep inside 27 C at 50% humidity at summer and -20 C in winter. Galley unit are separate. For Engine room two pcs two speed fans 60000 m3/h 400 Pa serving. One of them reversible. (NOVENCO is purchased)
MACHINERY MAIN COMPONENTS
MAIN PROPULSION For propulsion purpose one(1) pc four stroke, reversible, inline 4500 kW , 750 rpm main engine to be installed. (MAN 9L32/40 is purchased)
CP propeller diameter 4700 mm, 133 rpm, four blade NiAlBr to be fitted. Reduction gear ratio 5:64:1 between ME and propeller have PTO/PTI outlet. Shaft alternator 1500 kW for hotel, bow thruster load and drive the vessel 7 kn when ME has out of order.(Rolls-Royce/Kamewa is purchased)
AUX / EMCY GENERATORS Three(3) pcs 600 kW, 1800 rpm, 60 Hz and 1 pc 150 kW 1800 rpm 60 Hz to be installed. The fuel is MDO. (MAN LINDENBERG-LIAG is purchased)
THERMAL OIL/HOT WATER HEATERS All materials which used in the system are delivered
approved and with material certificates according to class requirements.Two pcs each 2000 kW thermal oil heater, one(1) 500 kW economizer, one(1) unfired steam generator 1400 kg/h to be installed in engine room .(S-MAN is purchased)
Main engine and auxiliary generators have central cooling systems. Engine room subsystems to be in acc to maker’s requirements and relevant regulations. (SONDEX is purchased)
SHIP COMMON SYSTEMS
BALLAST SYSTEM Two(2) pcs 400 m3/h at 2.5 bar ballast pumps located in pump room connected to electric motor in engine room via bulkhead penetrated shaft. One ballast pump driven ejector 65 m3/h 20 mlc for stripping of the balast tanks. Fore peak tank filling with fire pump discharging with 80 m3/h 20 mlc ejector.
FIRE SYSTEM Engine room fixed CO2, LPS, Cargo Area fixed Foam protected. All spaces protected pressurized water system and portables where necessary.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM The vessel main electric supply system 440 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz.
